Jennifer Lopez Kicks Off Nationwide Casting Call in Search of a Dancer for Her Upcoming Video

On Thursday, August 23rd, Jennifer Lopez will kick off a nationwide casting call in search of a dancer for the singer/actress' upcoming music video. The "Secret's Show Us Your Moves" competition teams Lopez up with Secret Deodorant in search of a woman 18 years of age or older, who has all of the right dance moves, to appear in one of her upcoming music videos.

Lopez will be on-hand to kick-off the casting call at New York City's Roseland Ballroom and will assist her choreographers Rich and Tone with the judging. Only the first 200 entrants on line are guaranteed the opportunity to show off their dance moves in 30 seconds or less; no more than 500 entrants will be permitted to wait on line at this event. Casting call entrants will be permitted to line up 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event; those that line up earlier may be disqualified.

After the competition kicks off in NYC, choreographer Shane Sparks will continue on to Dallas (Aug. 30th), Atlanta (Sept. 6th), Miami (Sept. 7th), Chicago (Sept. 20th) and Las Vegas (Sept. 28th) in search of a semi-finalist in each city. Dancers can also submit their 30 second dance video to www.becauseyourehot.com by Sept. 28th to be considered for the competition. A video of the finalists' auditions will be posted on www.becauseyourehot.com from Oct. 22nd through Nov. 2nd where America will vote on the grand prize winner, to be announced the week of November 12th.
