Alanis Morissette was one of the most unlikely stars of the mid-'90s. A former child actress turned dance-pop diva, Morissette transformed herself into a confessional alternative singer/songwriter, in the vein of Liz Phair and Tori Amos.

Alanis Morissette's version of The Black Eyed Peas "My Humps," it's perhaps an unconventional choice of song, but Morissette's life is a story of unconventional choices.

Buzzsugar reports that for all these years that Alanis Morissette has been working the fiesty pop star thing, she may have been missing her true calling - as the female Weird Al Yankovich. Now, I normally find Alanis pretty annoying, but I think Fergie is infinitely more annoying, and that is why I love this music video for Alanis's cover of "My Humps."
