IBM Closes Acquisition of Storwize

IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced that it completed the acquisition of Storwize, a privately-held company based in Marlborough, MA. Financial details were not disclosed. The companies announced in July a definitive agreement to pursue the acquisition.
