Chinese portal sohu.com fined for Movie Piracy

   Nasdaq-listed Sohu.com Inc, one of China's three main portal web sites, has been ordered to pay compensation of 1.1 million yuan ($139,000) (1 usd = 7.82 yuan) in a copyright infringement suit brought by the Fox network, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, New Line Cinema and Universal City Studios, the Beijing Times reported.
