Internet TV Network for Personal Trainers is Launched

Thu, Sep 13, 2007

Where do personal trainers go to gain more knowledge? Well, they often stay on top of the emerging trends and sciences relating to fitness from conferences, trade associations and certifying agencies. Now they can add internet TV to their resource list. PersonalTrainerTV.com is a new membership web site for fitness professionals from around the world to watch and learn from leading experts in the industry.

According to its founder, Dr. John Spencer Ellis, PersonalTrainerTV.com has three distinct channels. They are channel 2 (Industry News and Gossip), channel 4 (Training and Conditioning), and channel 7 (Business & Marketing). "Our members have the opportunity to watch the shows as video on demand (VOD). Throughout the year, we will be adding hundreds of hours of new content in the riches online video format possible." John partnered with Travis Chapman of the Chapman Media Group (CMG). CMG is most widely known for its worldwide success, The Fit Show; the leading online TV show covering the sport of fitness and bodybuilding.

Members of PersonalTrainerTV.com can also earn continuing education units to maintain their professional certification. However, many members are simply fitness enthusiasts and not fitness professionals in any capacity. They become members to stay current on trends and advanced training techniques. A membership is just $99 for a full year of unlimited access.
