Whichever film prevails in the Best Picture category at the 2007 Academy Awards, Eastman Kodak Company will keep a remarkable streak alive. For 79 consecutive years, tracing back to the first Oscar presentations in 1928, the Best Picture winners have all been produced on Kodak motion picture film. All of the films nominated for the 2007 Oscar for Achievement in Cinematography were also produced on Kodak film. The nominees are Vilmos Zsigmond, ASC for THE BLACK DAHLIA; Emmanuel Lubezki, ASC, AMC for CHILDREN OF MEN; Dick Pope, BSC for THE ILLUSIONIST; Guillermo Navarro, ASC, AMC for PAN'S LABYRINTH; and Wally Pfister, ASC for THE PRESTIGE.
