"Averting the crisis of IP address exhaustion requires the attention of
every network operator. The Y2K fear was chasing possible problems; the
problems will be very real if the transition to IPv6 is not made," said
Carl Ford, VP of Content and Community Development, Pulvermedia.
"Highlighting NTT America gives us a great opportunity to get IPv6
transition information out today, when it can be best used by companies to
make necessary and informed decisions."
"With over ten years of experience in the development and deployment of
IPv6 technology, we believe that we are uniquely positioned to offer
perspective and guidance to companies on the shift to IPv6," said
Christopher Davis, Director of Marketing, Global IP Network, NTT America.
"Pulvermedia's ability to build communities combined with a complete array
of message delivery vehicles made them a great choice as an education
partner."
NTT Communications Group has been directly involved with the
development and deployment of IPv6 technology since 1996. With the launch
of IPv6 transit services in 2001 and the first IPv6 managed firewall
solution in 2005, which was provided by NTT America, NTT Communications
Group established itself as the global leader in commercial IPv6 managed
services solutions. The company's award winning IPv6 transit service is
available in native, tunneled or dual stack modes.
