Praxair, Inc. (NYSE:PX) and Samsung Electronics have signed a memorandum of understanding under which Praxair will increase production capability to 3,300 tons per day for line #8 at Samsung Electronics' advanced thin-film-transistor, liquid-crystal-display (TFT-LCD) factory in Tangjeong, South Korea.
