Veoh Player
Veoh Networks, today announced that a new, pioneering feature has been added to their unique Veoh Player - Home Delivery.
Veoh's Home Delivery feature gives users the freedom to browse and select video content at any time, from any place with an Internet connection, and have it waiting on their hard drive's Veoh Player when they are ready to view it. For instance, Veoh users can now browse and select content while still at work, and have it downloaded and ready to watch once they get home. Using Home Delivery to select and send videos to a remote Veoh Player avoids any downloading time, allowing users more time and flexibility to enjoy their videos in full-screen, DVD-quality.
To access Home Delivery, users need simply log on to their Veoh account from any computer and enable the Home Delivery feature. Then, once they have "turned on" Home Delivery at any other computers they use, viewers can automatically send and save videos to them, remotely. Home Delivery is free and requires only that users register on Veoh.com and download the Veoh Player to use it. The Player is a free, quick-to-download desktop application that turns users' hard drives into virtual DVRs, allowing users to download and save videos to a virtual library to watch at their leisure, with or without an Internet connection.
To download a video or subscribe to a collection of videos you need the Free Veoh Player.
Veoh software allows you to:
- Watch original full-length, full screen, quality videos.
- Subscribe to and automatically receive content from a series or publisher.
- Watch videos your way - on your PC, TV or portable device, even when you're not online.
