with Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA). As a result, every Mercedes-Benz dealership
in the U.S. has the opportunity to use a Callbright tracking number through

detailed reports, and maximize the opportunity of every call. This new
agreement was the culmination of a pilot program between the two companies.
