More contemporary exterior styling

New Dacia Logan MCV benefits from the same design trends as those already seen on Dacia Sandero and New Dacia Logan. The larger grille features the Brand's new logo and is topped by a chrome trim. The new, fully integrated front bumper is flush with the bodywork and contributes to the front end's harmonious styling, along with the larger headlamps and the elegant charcoal or body colour foglamp surrounds (depending on version).

The new rear bumper also fits flush with the bodywork and incorporates the reflectors. The two new bumpers extend the vehicle's overall length to 4.47m (up 2cm compared with the previous version). Styling changes include a new range of wheeltrims, too, as well as a broader selection of body colours which now also feature Basalte Grey, Electrique Blue, Extrême Blue and Nacré Black (available at a later date).

dacia Added refinement for the Lauréate version

Logan MCV's unique position on the market has ensured that it has been a resounding commercial success ever since its launch. Logan MCV(Multi Convivial Vehicle) customers tend to opt for the more lavishly equipped versions and the Lauréate equipment level accounts for between 60 and 80% of sales, depending on country. This highly acclaimed version has been made even more desirable today thanks to an equipment upgrade.

The Lauréate version of New Dacia Logan MCV features the same new, more modern and more functional dashboard already seen on Sandero, as well as a new console. The modern feel of the cabin is further enhanced by the design of the new door panels which come with more practical door pull handles and elegant trimming. Drivers will find that all the controls fall easily to hand, while care has been taken to ensure that dashboard data and information is clear and easy to read. The height-adjustable steeringwheel makes the driving environment even more driver-friendly and comfortable, and the rearward visibility of the Lauréate version has been improved thanks to the fitment of comma-type headrests for the middle seat of the 60/40-split second row benchseat and for both seats of the 50/50-split third row benchseat.

CORE STRENGTHS The same outstanding cabin space and modularity

With seven seats in place, New Dacia Logan MCV delivers a comfortable ride for up to three tall adults (more than 1.90m) in the second row seats, plus two more in the third row seats. Indeed, the second and third row passengers benefit from the comfort of generous shoulder room (1,421mm and 1,287mm respectively) and kneeroom (170mm and 174mm). New Dacia Logan MCV also boasts record carrying capacity: in addition to cabin stowage space in excess of 54 litres , New Dacia Logan MCV can carry up to 700 litres with five seats in place, and up to 2,350 litres in its two-seat layout. With the three-row layout, the third row bench can be folded and tipped entirely forward against the second row seats. It also comes with a 50/50-split function, and can even be removed entirely. The 60/40-split folding second row benchseat can equally be tipped forward to free up even more carrying space. Finally, it is possible to fit three child seats to all three second row two seats (including Isofix anchorage for the outer seats), while universal child seats can be fitted to both third row seats. The different combinations made possible by New Dacia Logan MCV's modular interior make it a particularly practical and user-friendly daily driver that can be transformed from a people carrier into a vehicle capable of transporting bulky loads in a matter of seconds.

Safety: a prerequisite

New Dacia Logan MCV is equipped with latest generation Bosch 8.1 ABS , plus electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) and emergency brake assist (EBA), a feature already seen on both Dacia Sandero and New Dacia Logan. New Dacia Logan MCV's passive safety equipment (Lauréate version) includes a new honeycomb-structure dashboard which reduces the likelihood of knee injury in an accident, as well as the same underfoot padding (standard) as its predecessor which is aimed at protecting the lower limbs of both the driver and front passenger. All New Dacia Logan MCV's seats come with three-point seatbelts and headrests, including the two third-row seats with seven seats in place. New Dacia Logan MCV can be equipped with up to four airbags (driver and front passenger airbags, plus two side thorax airbags).

The same line-up of economical engines

The 1.4- and 1.6-litre eight-valve petrol engines are an ideal match for the criteria of cost, robustness and ease of maintenance that characterize Dacia models and both return thrifty combined cycle fuel consumption (7.6 litres/100km with five seats in place). The punchy 1.6 16V 105hp powerplant, which is acclaimed for its smooth, responsive acceleration and outstanding driving enjoyment, sips just 7.5 litres/100km (combined cycle, five or seven seats). The diesel engine catalogue features the benchmark 1.5 dCi powerplant which is available in both a dCi 70 version and the more dynamic dCi 85 alternative. The fuel consumption of the versions powered by the dCi 70 and dCi 85 engines (five and seven seats) is a low 5.3 and 5.2 litres/100km respectively, which is particularly competitive compared with the other diesel-powered estates on the market.
