Who is quicker – Jenson or Lewis? That's the question that will be on every motor racing fan's lips when Jenson Button joins Lewis Hamilton as his team mate at McLaren next season.
But BBC Two's Top Gear can give an early taster of the battle to come when newly-crowned World Champion Jenson Button takes to the track as the special guest in this Sunday's show.
Both Lewis and Jenson have now set lap times on the Top Gear track in the Suzuki Liana, the Reasonably Priced Car driven by F1 drivers on the show.
This will be the first time they've been head to head in the same car since Jenson's move was announced, and both F1 stars encountered similar bad weather during their appearances.
Lewis set his lap time on a wet track in December 2007, and when Jenson sets his lap time in this week's show, viewers will see that the conditions are sleety and slippery.
On the show, Jenson reveals how he deliberately risked everything by using his car to scare off other drivers during a daring overtaking manoeuvre, which saw him carve through the field to take the World Championship in Brazil.
He says: "I did actually do that on purpose a little bit... a little bit of oversteer makes the guy nervous that you're getting close."
An astonished Jeremy Clarkson asks: "But what if it had all gone wrong?"
Of his experience of driving the Liana, Jenson says: "I felt so nervous... I've learned so much coming here. I was more scared driving that than an F1 car."
Tune in to see the results on Sunday 20 December at 8.00pm on BBC Two and BBC HD.
