
Jet Airways announced on Tuesday that it had agreement to buy 10 Boeing 787-8 aircraft to support its international operations.
The delivery of the wide-bodied 787 Dreamliner planes is scheduled for July 2011 and December 2012. The deal is valued at $1.48-1.58 billion at the current list price.
The company will take delivery of the B777-300ER and A330-200 aircraft it had ordered in September and October 2005 respectively in March-April 2007.
