Medivisor, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Big Pants Media LLC, a privately held New York-based design and development agency, in an all-stock transaction valued at $85,000 based on Medivisor's closing stock price on June 30, 2007. The acquired businesses and assets will be integrated with Medivisor's existing operations to further enhance the full suite of marketing/promotional tools and services (i.e. SMS capabilities to cell phones, PDAs & Smartphones). In addition, the Big Pants Media acquisition also brings WAP development and application technology offerings to future Medivisor clients.
