CA, Inc. (Nasdaq: CA) today announced it has completed its acquisition of privately-held Nimsoft, Inc.—a leading provider of IT performance and availability monitoring solutions for emerging enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)—for $350 million in an all-cash transaction.

Oppenheim Group operations, including all of its asset management activities, the investment bank, BHF Bank Group, BHF Asset Servicing and Sal. Oppenheim Private Equity Partners were transferred to Deutsche Bank. At the end of the year 2009, Sal. Oppenheim Group had assets under management totalling EUR 137 billion.

Spyker Cars N.V. today confirmed it has finalised the deal with General Motors Company to purchase Saab Automobile AB. The transfer of ownership took place at 16.30 CET on February 23.
