Citi today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its entire ownership interest in Nikko Asset Management ("Nikko AM"), one of Japan’s leading asset management companies, to The Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. ("Sumitomo Trust") as part of a transaction that values Nikko AM at ¥120 billion (US$1.26 billion at an exchange rate of ¥95.07 to US$1.00). |

BT works with Ministry of Defence to improve end to end communications
BT today announced that it has been awarded a contract by Ministry of Defence (MOD) worth more than £99 million to support communications across 197 military bases. BT will manage voice and data networks in more than a quarter of a million MOD assets, including buildings, comms rooms and underground cable ducts. |
