Daimler Buses Receives Order for 239 Buses for Sardinia
Daimler Buses has once again won a contract, and as a result will deliver a total of 239 buses to Sardinia by the end of July 2010. The orders were placed by four Sardinian public transit authorities: CTM Cagliari, ATP Nuoro, ASPO Olbia and ATP Sassari. |

Daimler Signs Partnership Agreement in Iraq
Daimler AG and the State Company for Automotive Industry (SCAI) signed an agreement in the German embassy in Baghdad yesterday concerning a planned partnership for the supply of complete Mercedes-Benz trucks and assembly kits. The agreement is the result of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that Daimler signed with the Iraqi government in July 2008. |

Daimler receives order for 59 US-school buses with clean SCR technology
Thomas Built Buses, Daimler Trucks North America's school bus manufacturer, has received an order for 59 Saf-T-Liner HDX school buses. The contract, which was concluded with Montgomery County in the US state of Maryland, is the first major order for buses with SCR technology received by Thomas Built Buses. |

Daimler pays settlement to former AEG shareholders
Following a final verdict reached on November 17, 2009 by the higher regional court in Frankfurt am Main, Daimler AG (stock-exchange abbreviation DAI) will increase the settlement and compensation to be made to the former AEG shareholders. |
