Spyker Cars N.V. today confirmed it has finalised the deal with General Motors Company to purchase Saab Automobile AB. The transfer of ownership took place at 16.30 CET on February 23.

General Motors and Spyker Cars NV today announced that they have finalized the deal for Spyker to purchase Saab Automobile AB.

Saab and Vägverket will work together to accelerate and coordinate the development of intelligent transportation solutions for highway traffic, both in Sweden and internationally.
